Surfing Victoria, TeamUp and the Melbourne Sports Aquatics Centre (MSAC) are giving you the chance to win a master class at the MSAC FlowRider with former Rip Curl Pro Bells Beach runner up, Adam Robertson.

The competition will be run via TeamUp, ( www.teamup.com.au ), VicHealth's free physical activity smart phone and Facebook app that connects people who are looking for an exercise partner. All users have to do is download the app, log in, and contact the activity, MSAC Master Class with Adam Robertson, via the ‘Get in Touch' tab.

The MSAC Flow Rider is a combination of Surfing, Wakeboarding and snowboarding all in one. A thin layer of water is shot up a slope, which creates a stationary non-breaking wave, which allows surfers to complete turns and tricks on the wave.

Ten TeamUp competition entrants will be selected at random to be part of the session at the MSAC flowrider on Friday 26th July at 5:30pm. Winners will be notified by Monday 22nd July.

The class will include an Induction Session, Flow Board lesson, Team Up/Flow Rider Prize pack and the chance to hang out with Adam Robertson adding up to over $100 value!
