Surfing Victoria and VicHealth's TeamUp are partnering again with the MSAC FlowRider to give you a chance to hang out with Pro Surfer Cahill Bell-Warren and World Champion paddler Zeb Walsh.

10 lucky winners will get the chance to go surfing on the FlowRider for free alongside Bell-Warren who is fresh of a career best placing at Surfest in Newcastle and Walsh who has just been the first person to prone paddle from Victoria to Tasmania as part of the "A Date with the Strait" team.

The competition will be run via TeamUp, (www.teamup.com.au), VicHealth's free physical activity smart phone and Facebook app that connects people who are looking for an exercise partner. All users have to do is download the app, log in, and contact the activity, MSAC FlowRider Master Class, via the ‘Get in Touch' tab.

The MSAC FlowRider is a combination of Surfing, Wakeboarding and Snowboarding all in one. A thin layer of water is shot up a slope, which creates a stationary non-breaking wave, which allows surfers to complete turns and tricks on the wave.

Ten TeamUp competition entrants will be selected at random to be part of the session at the MSAC FlowRider on Wednesday March 26th, at 7:00pm. Winners will be notified by Monday March 24th.

The class will include an Induction Session, Flow Board lesson, TeamUp/FlowRider Prize pack and the chance to hang out with Cahill Bell-Warren and Zeb Walsh adding up to over $100 value!
